All He Needs Is A Tin Foil Hat

While Rand Paul was busy wasting 13 hours of everyone's time asking a question that had already been answered, at the same time proving that he's a bigger whack-a-doodle than his father, maybe he could have been doing something constructive.  Like working on our budget problems, or gun safety or a myriad of other issues.

This supposed fear of the government attacking its' own citizens with drones is a stunt by Paul and others to play to their far right base and keep them scared and in a lather.  If I remember correctly, President Bush authorized drone attacks in Afghanistan; why is it none of the elected Republicans were worried about him using drones to kill Americans at home.  Why didn't they ask his Attorney General for written proof that there were no such plans?  Even John McCain and Lindsey Graham said this is a non-issue and that Paul was playing the fool.

As for due process, Americans are killed every day without due process.  Ask those who were at Kent State on May 4, 1970 about due process.

Right on! I especially like your reference to Kent State. isn't it amazing how fervent patriotism can be twisted to fit your opinions?

How did no one stand up and yell "SHUT THE FUCK UP" to this guy after the first 20 minutes???

Because the only people there to hear it were his cronies and administrative staff.

He's probably going to be like his daddy and run for president every election, to no avail I might add.

I was yelling "SHUT THE FUCK UP!" as loudly as I could.
