Just the other night, in a tie game with rival Michigan State, he first made a great steal and converted a dunk at the other end to give Michigan the lead, then on the very next State possession he again stole the ball to seal the victory.
They always say in regards to the NCAA Tournament that teams with the best guards win. In that case, you can pencil Michigan into your Final Four bracket. Trey Burke will lead them there. Book it.

Yet he got owned by Aaron Craft twice.
I've actually thought about that "guard play equals success in the tournament" line of thinking and it is quite inconclusive. UK's PG wasn't one of their three best players last year. Other than Kemba at UConn, I can't really remember another big example of a team's best player being their PG and making it all the way to the end.
And don't forget that Luke Appling is awful.
Just beautiful.
